That was painful

I'll skip to the end result: I will get invited to Frito Lay to interview onsite.

It was the most painful interview I've had since 2000. Seriously. I feel defeated and a little beat up right now. My head hurts. My ego hurts. But the good news is I'm still in the game and learned a lot from this interview. Off to just watch TV or read and not think because my brain needs a break.

  1. Just remember Hormel. You left that interview equally deflated and then you had many good years with the company. Plus you're always more powerful in person.

  2. At least for myself, I always seem to learn so much more from something that is hard, where I've made mistakes, or just a rough path. It's just not fun at the time. I'm glad you've taken that approach, think of all that you can now carry into the onsite interview! You're going to do great!
